Why We Keep
Returning to 30A

30A has become one of those places our family never gets tired of coming back to. We love the beautiful beaches, the relaxed pace, and the way life feels a little simpler here. It’s where we can slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the little things—and every trip reminds us why this area feels so special to us.

Seacrest makes a beach trip easy for our family. From our home, we can walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and so much of what we love is right nearby.

We walk or bike almost everywhere

That is one of my favorite things about staying here. We can head to the beach, grab something to eat, or browse the shops without getting in the car. Most days, we just walk or hop on bikes and go.

Our favorite nights at Peddler’s Pavilion

Peddler’s Pavilion is right at the front of our neighborhood, so it is an easy walk whenever we feel like getting out for a bit. There are bike rentals, places to grab food or a drink, and regular live music. Myla loves getting up to dance with the other kids, and we have made so many family memories there.

So much is close by

We love being able to walk from Seacrest to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. There are plenty of restaurants and cute shops nearby, so it is easy to decide what sounds good and head out.

We have made so many family memories in Seacrest, and that is what keeps bringing us back. It feels familiar now, but every trip gives us another reason to love it.
